1/2 pound baby hard shell clams steamed with fresh herbs, garlic, shallots, white wine & butter, served with sourdough bread

*paired with St. Supery Sauvignon Blanc

Blackened Salmon:
4 oz. topped with grilled pineapple salsa & white wine butter

*paired with Baileyana Chardonnay

Firestone Cabernet Filet:
4 oz. charboiled filet wrapped in applewood smoked bacon, topped with a Firestone cabernet-mushroom sauce & shoestring potatoes

*paired with J. Lohr Cabernet Sauvignon
